Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 90ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 90ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to secure your account.
Account Security: You must notify 90ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 90ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
90ph reserves the right to close any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account information is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent. Accounts of deceased persons will be closed upon notification and verification of the death, and any remaining balance will be returned to the estate in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
All deposits on the 90ph platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100.
You may only fund your 90ph account using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other third party — are strictly prohibited and will be returned after deducting any transaction fees incurred.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 90ph account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank through InstaPay are typically credited within 15–30 minutes. 90ph is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's systems, network congestion, or maintenance windows.
Deposit Limits: Responsible gaming deposit limits can be set in your account settings. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps are available. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
90ph does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply fees or charges under their own terms — 90ph has no control over such third-party fees and takes no responsibility for them.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in your own name and previously verified on your 90ph account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Before processing any withdrawal, 90ph may conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures, including requesting valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — 5 to 30 minutes after approval; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank via InstaPay — same business day; USDT cryptocurrency — 1 to 4 hours subject to network conditions. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by volume, maintenance, or compliance review requirements.
Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Any real-money Balance that is subject to an active bonus cycle will also be subject to the bonus wagering requirement unless the bonus is forfeited through the account settings before withdrawal is requested.
Withdrawal Integrity: 90ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC review, investigation of suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance checks. Where a withdrawal is withheld pending investigation, 90ph will notify the account holder within 5 business days.

In all cases where 90ph's liability is established, the total aggregate liability of 90ph to any individual player shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding bonus funds.
90ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's applicable data governance requirements. By creating an account on 90ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to 90ph's legal obligations to retain records under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws.
You may close your 90ph account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any withdrawable real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited at the time of account closure.
90ph may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable law; (c) we have reasonable grounds to believe your account is being used for illegal activity; or (d) your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, 90ph reserves the right to retain any Balance where it is permitted to do so under applicable law and regulation. 90ph will provide written notice of the reason for closure where legally permissible.
These Terms and all matters arising from or relating to your use of the 90ph platform shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall first be submitted to 90ph's customer support team for internal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the relevant regulatory body.
For disputes not resolved through the above process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
90ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 90ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, by sending notification to the email address or mobile number registered on your account.
Your continued use of the 90ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
